A little ice cream before bed. My daughter waits until 8:58pm to tell me, 'Dad promised we could have desserrrrrrrt.' What's a little ice cream? Sometimes it's much easier to relent than to fight. That's also when I can have some ice cream out in the open without the kids asking me for bites.
Yep, Mazie is wearing a propeller hat. She kept telling me to wind her up.

bedtime ice cream reminds me of when I was little and spent the night at my dad's. He would bring me Husky Flake in a footed glass bowl in bed.
