Something I had not made in a while sounded really yummy for dinner; Jason's mom's version of lumpia.

I think the way she makes it is just a white people's version of lumpia (generally Philippine egg rolls), but I don't care. It's yummy and worth all the work. I made ours the way she does, with ground pork, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage and soy sauce...yum!
